Aevyn Systems (“Aevyn,” “we”) provides enrollment software to beauty and cosmetology schools. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.
If you asked a school about their programs, your inquiry goes to that school. Aevyn operates the software the school uses to read and answer it. Replies you receive are written or approved by a person at the school — our software drafts, humans decide. We don’t sell your information, and every marketing email we deliver includes a working unsubscribe link.
When you contact a school that uses Aevyn — through their website form or by emailing them — we process, on the school’s behalf: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, the program you asked about, and the content of your messages. We also keep records of the messages the school sends you, and technical records (timestamps, delivery status) needed to run the service reliably.
Your information is used to answer your inquiry, schedule tours you request, and send follow-ups on the school’s behalf — nothing else. Our software may use artificial intelligence to help draft replies from the school’s own approved information; a person at the school reviews these drafts, and consent-and-compliance checks run on every send. We do not use your information to train AI models. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
The school you contacted controls your information; Aevyn processes it for them. We use a small number of service providers to operate: email delivery (Postmark), AI drafting (Anthropic), scheduling (the school’s booking provider), and cloud hosting. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately and permanently — replying “stop” works too. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact the school you inquired with, or email us at admin@aevyn.ai and we will coordinate with the school. We honor these requests without charge.
We keep inquiry records for as long as the school remains our customer and needs them, then delete them. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and consent records are kept append-only so they cannot be silently altered.
