1. Who We Are

Aevyn Systems LLC ("Aevyn," "we," "us") provides risk intelligence infrastructure for Amazon sellers. We operate at aevyn.ai and deliver services through a client portal and automated monitoring system.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Data you provide directly

When you request a risk audit or become a client, we collect:

We do not collect payment card data directly. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

2.2 Amazon Seller Central data (via SP-API)

When you grant us access to your Amazon Seller account through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), we access and store the following data:

Account health metrics: Order Defect Rate (ODR), Late Shipment Rate (LSR), Cancellation Rate, and other seller performance metrics published by Amazon.

Inventory data: FBA inventory levels (fulfillable, unfulfillable, reserved quantities), ASIN-level stock counts, and inventory age data.

Order data: Order identifiers, order status, fulfillment method, and order timestamps.

Financial events: Fee structures per ASIN, reimbursement events, and financial adjustment records.

Product data: ASIN identifiers and product titles and categories where available via API.

Access level: Read-only by default. We do not write to your Amazon account, place orders, or modify listings unless explicitly authorized in writing within your service agreement.

What we do not access: Individual customer names, customer addresses, customer payment data, or any personally identifiable information about your buyers.

2.3 Usage data

We collect standard server logs when you visit aevyn.ai, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this for security monitoring and infrastructure diagnostics only.

3. How We Use Your Data

Service delivery: Detecting policy changes that affect your Amazon account, monitoring account health metrics and generating alerts, identifying unclaimed reimbursements and fee anomalies, generating risk tickets and resolution guidance, and producing your Executive Risk Digest.

Service improvement: Diagnosing system failures and improving detection accuracy. Calibrating alert thresholds against real-world enforcement patterns.

Communication: Delivering risk alerts and ticket notifications. Sending service updates and policy change briefings. Responding to your support requests.

Legal and compliance: Maintaining records required under our service agreement and responding to lawful requests from government authorities.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your Amazon account data with third parties except as described in Section 4.

4. How We Share Your Data

We share data only in the following circumstances:

Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or governmental authority. We will notify you if legally permitted to do so.

Business transfers: If Aevyn Systems LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, your data may transfer to the acquiring entity. You will be notified prior to such a transfer.

We do not share your Amazon Seller account data with other Aevyn clients, third-party research firms, data brokers, or any other parties not listed above.

5. Data Storage and Security

Storage location: Your data is stored on Railway-hosted PostgreSQL infrastructure in the United States.

Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2 minimum).

Access controls: Access to client data is restricted to Aevyn personnel directly responsible for your service delivery. We maintain access logs.

Amazon SP-API credentials: OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. We do not store your Amazon password. You may revoke SP-API access at any time through your Amazon Seller Central account under Apps & Services > Manage Your Apps.

Retention: We retain your data for the duration of your service agreement plus 12 months. You may request earlier deletion — see Section 7.

6. Amazon SP-API Compliance

Our use of the Amazon Selling Partner API is governed by Amazon's SP-API Terms of Service and Developer Agreement. We confirm the following:

Access: You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.

Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate data.

Deletion: You may request deletion of your data. We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of a written request, subject to our legal retention obligations.

Revocation: You may revoke SP-API access at any time through Amazon Seller Central. Revocation does not affect data already collected under your service agreement.

Objection: You may object to specific processing activities described in this policy.

To exercise any of these rights: support@aevyn.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Session cookies: Required for the client portal login. Expire when you close your browser.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers. No cross-site tracking.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business operators and are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
